When we give, it acknowledges God as the source of everything we have, reflects our trust that he will continue to provide for us, and allows us to be a part of his work here on earth.
It’s something we do with joy.
When you give to the general operating budget you are supporting Lakeside UMC’s programming, missions, administration, ministry staff, and facility. We believe that every gift matters and every gift makes a difference. The church leadership is committed to living within our means. That’s why we ask every family to make a financial commitment (pledge) every year – so that we may budget for the ministry and mission we can do in the coming year.
